Sold Out 2025 — Viking has red skin and very white flesh. The plants have reasonable resistance to drought and moderate resistance to scab. Great for early boiling of baby potatoes & baking. Good over winter storage (same as Norland), Viking is a close cousin to the Purple Viking! Susceptible to late blight.
