Organic Seed Potatoes
Carlton is a variety that was developed in Canada in the early 1980’s and is one of our earliest maturing varieties. As with many early season potatoes, the plants will generally set less than 8 potatoes and can grow quite large when left in the ground until late in the season.

Cooking – Boiling, baking, steaming, and frying. Makes the fluffiest mashed potatoes!
