Agria tubers have light yellow skin with favorable dark yellow flesh and shallow eyes. Agria is a high yielding variety that tends to produce large tubers. Excellent baked or boiled ad they aren’t too waxy or floury in texture, suitable for most cooking uses. Agria is our top-selling potato with the most grown for the culinary world thanks to its great flavor.  It can be somewhat prone to scab in dry, high pH regions without irrigation.
