Garden Club Ordering

As a way to reward larger orders associated with Garden Clubs in 2016 we began our Garden Club Discount Program. One more thing… This isn’t limited to just garden clubs!

What’s the Discount

If you qualify for the Garden Club Discount, we will offer you a 10% discount on the value of your potatoes. Now we can ship your orders to each address, however, for small orders shipping is quite expensive, upwards of $10/kg for small orders. A cheaper option is for all the orders to be shipped to your group organizer in which shipping rates can drop below $2/kg.

You just need 6 people

That’s right, with a total of 6 people ordering together, we will offer you the Garden Club Discount.

Please use this form when ordering with a Garden Club Order. All order forms must be mailed in together. If you would prefer to order online please contact the farm to obtain a group discount code. Make sure you make a note when checking out what the name of your garden club is or Group Organizers Name so we can be sure to ship your orders together.

How to Order

You have 2 options, you may print off our Garden Club Order forms & mail them along with payment.

Each of your group members can order separately online. Be sure to contact our office for your Garden Club 10% Discount Code which you will enter upon checkout. Be sure to enter your Group Name during the checkout process so we can ensure everyone’s order gets shipped together.

Unfortunately our ability to calculate shipping for combined orders to multiple customers that are shipped to one location is limited. So please select the Canada Post Shipping Calculation rates when paying for your order, or use our rate table on the printable order form. Once we have received everyone’s order we can calculate the final total and issue refunds to adjust over payments made for shipping.
